Technical information
Carcase
The carcases are made of high-quality multilayer particle board, melamine-coated on both sides, 1.6 cm thick according to DIN 68765, emission class E1. The carcase sides are dowelled and glued. The inside and outside of the carcase are in decor 43 graphite as standard. On request, visible sides can be produced in the surrounding colour on both sides at no extra charge. The decor side is then also coated on the inside with the surrounding colour. All horizontal parts such as base - lid - rear panel and wooden shelves remain in the standard43 graphite as standard. Optionally, however, a modular side-panel 1.9 cm thick, on one or both sides of the cabinet, can be used in the front decor at an extra charge. When planning, please note the change in the width dimension of 1.9 cm for one-sided and 3.8 cm for double-sided extension.
Edges
The front carcase edges can be selected in the surrounding colours according to the colour chart. All non-visible parts have a protective edge. The wooden shelves are 1.9 cm thick and have edges in 43 graphite finish all round. All edges are 1 mm thick.
Rear Panels
Made of high-density hardboard 0.3 cm thick covered with decor 43 graphite.
Drawers
All programmes are equipped with a pull-out system on maintenancefree full-extension runners with self-closing and dampening system.Straight inner sides of the drawers with a small wiping lip to the drawer bottom allow optimum load utilisation. The double-walled welded drawer sides and the 16 mm thick bottom in graphite coating form the stable drawers. The dynamic load capacity of all drawers and pull-outs up to 60 cm wide is 40 kg. All pull-outs wider than 60 cm are equipped with the heavy-duty system with a load capacity of up to 70 kg.
As an option, we offer the new TipTec Tipmatic soft-close technology for all programmes, which enables handleless opening and gentle closing of drawers and pull-outs. This creates virtually optimal design possibilities. Thancs to the touch-active mechanism, large, handleless fronts can be realised that open and close with a light, central touch.TipTec combines the advantages of mechanical opening with the proven closing comfort of soft-close damping and, with its 3-step adjustable ejection force, ensures optimum movement sequences regardless of the weight and size of the pull-out elements.
As an option, pull-outs 50 cm and 60 cm deep can be fitted with an extra-high glass side panel.
Core Boards
Meets the formaldehyde level/standard requirements of the German E1E05 regulation and the US TSCA (CARB2) regulation. Abrasion-resistant, impact-resistant, scratch-resistant. Hygienic and food-safe, light-resistant, stain-resistant. Resist to serveral cleaning agents and chemicals. Can be combined with other EGGER products for decoration and texture. Antimicrobial surface properties in accordance with ISO 22196 (= JIS Z 2801).
Doors
The self-closing and concealed all-metal hinges are equipped with an integrated damping system. The damping system is invisibly positioned uniformly in the hinge arm for all hinge versions. In the course of the closing movement, the door is braced smoothly and closed quietly. Depending on the door size and weight, the damping force can be individually adjusted in three stages without tools. Optimum front joint settings in all three dimensions are made possible. Efficient door fitting is made possible by the tool-free clip mechanism. The opening angle is 110°.
Hinges
The all-metal suspension rail for wall cabinets (for base and tall cabinets only on request) is concealed behind the wardrobe bacc panel. The height adjustment is made from the front through the rear wall. The hole for adjustment is closed by a cover cap. Metal suspension rail.
Wooden Shelves
1.9 cm thick all round with edges in decor 43 graphite, with metal shelf supports with plastic overlay to prevent unintentional pull-out.
Plinth System
Adjustable - 10 mm / + 18 mm, impact strength plastic base leveller. Plinth panel 16 mm with U-sealing profile, in front with clip, at the side fixed with grooves. Standard plinth heights 10,0 cm, 12,5 cm, 15,0 cm, 17,5 cm, 20,0 cm and 22,5 cm The plinth can be delivered cutted to measure.

High Pressure Laminate (HPL)
Durable, easy to clean and incredibly versatile. Laminate is one of the most popular materials for kitchen worktops. Laminate does not enjoy this good reputation without reason: Layer for layer, a quality product! Every laminate worktop consists of several layers of paper. These are soaced in special resin, pressed and glued to a high-quality wood core board.
The top layer is protected by a robust overlay and is dyed or printed. Other products such as glass - natural stone - quartz stone - ceramics - Decton - Mineral material - Compact or also solid wood are available on request. For dishwasher installation, a protective sheet or foil must also be fitted. Corner joints are made with tongue and groove and special screw fittings and must be glued with at least PVAC glue class D4 (waterproof white glue) during installation.

Delivery errors due to missing information or order discrepancies will not be compensated. Production will begin once all technical details are clarified. Changes may result in an extended delivery period.
